|
WHEREAS the Yonkers Public Schools is required to provide uniforms for Public Safety Officers as per the CSEA Contract agreement, WHEREAS the district has determined that Municipal Emergency Services has met all quote requirements necessary and submitted the lowest bid, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools enter into an agreement with Municipal Emergency Services to purchase uniforms for Public Safety Officers, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Municipal Emergency Services at a cost not to exceed $31,000. |

WHEREAS the Yonkers Public Schools is required to provide uniforms for Public Safety Officers as per the CSEA Contract agreement, WHEREAS the district has determined that Municipal Emergency Services has met all quote requirements necessary and submitted the lowest bid, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools enter into an agreement with Municipal Emergency Services to purchase uniforms for Public Safety Officers, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Municipal Emergency Services at a cost not to exceed $31,000. It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel's Office. |
