WHEREAS forty-five (45) suitable parking spaces are available from Yonkers Parking Authority at their Buena Vista Garage facility, and
WHEREAS the cost for these spaces is acceptable at $75.00 per space, per month, at a total annual cost of $40,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a purchase order to rent forty-five (45) parking spaces from the Yonkers Parking Authority at their Buena Vista Garage facility at a cost of $75.00 per space, per month at a total annual cost of $40,500.00. |
