Scope- Marcie L. Klebanoff is an Assistive Technology & Augmentative Communication Specialist who will be servicing students in the Yonkers Public School District. Augmentative Communication provides non-verbal and limited verbal students with other means of communication including voice output devices. Assistive Technology helps learners who may need support in accessing to include curriculum, co-writing software, keyboard adaptors and other supports. The services will include Screening or Consult, Evaluations, Setup/modifications, Technical Support, Programming of Augmentative Communication Devices, Training and also attend meetings upon request.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHERE AS the Board of Education wishes to obtain the services of the above contractor to provide Screening or Consult, Evaluations, Setup/modifications, Technical Support, Programming of Augmentative Communication Devices, Training and also attend meetings upon request to special education students, and
WHEREAS the Board has selected Marcie L. Klebanoff to provide these services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the District to enter into a contract withMarcie L. Klebanoff, MA,ATP Technology & Augmentative Communication Specialist at a cost not to exceed $62,200.00 |
