Additional funding, with no change to original 2-year contract term as detailed below for:
• Fuller & D’Angelo, PC (F&D) – Contract 2024-00000872
Scope: To increase the contract limit from $1.0 million to $2.0 million with no change to original 2-year contract term.
• KG+D Architects, PC (KG+D) – Contract 2024-00000873
Scope: To increase the contract limit from $1.0 million to $2.0 million with no change to original 2-year contract term.
The Capital Fund Contracts for On-Call Architectural Services for F&D and KG+D are reaching the upper limit of the amount specified in their contract.
Both F&D and KG+D are engaged in multiple capital improvement projects for the District. The funding amounts shown are merely an upper limit for expenditure under this agreement and not encumbered by this resolution. Such funds will be encumbered for specific projects via Board Resolution as the needs arise. |

WHEREAS by Resolution 18.17 dated April 17, 2024, the Board of Education authorized the award of “On-Call Architectural Services”, and
WHEREAS additional funds in the amount of $1,000,000.00 is required to complete and assign new tasks for capital improvement work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend the below increasing the upper limit for:
• Fuller & D’Angelo, PC (F&D) – Contract 2024-00000872
Scope: To increase the contract limit from $1.0 million to $2.0 million with no change to original 2-year contract term.
• KG+D Architects, PC (KG+D) – Contract 2024-00000873
Scope: To increase the contract limit from $1.0 million to $2.0 million with no change to original 2-year contract term. |
