(McGraw Hill, LLC) Term: 2023-2024 Amount: $18,349.12 Scope: Amending contract 2024-00000596, BOE approved 1/17/2024, BOCS approved 1/30/2024 for $71,128.14 for the term of 1/30/2024 - 6/30/2024 by increasing the aggregate by $18,349.12 to add services for William Boyce Thompson and Las Hermanas Mirabal Community schools. K-8 math intervention to support students testing below grade-level. Number Worlds diagnoses skill gaps for students in need of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Intervention. Once these gaps have been identified across multiple mathematical domains, the program provides both digital and print resources to support teachers and students in filling the gaps with the goal of bringing students to grade-level proficiency. |

|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing contract with McGraw Hill to purchase materials to support the facilitation of all grant requirements for the RECOV: Learning Loss Grant for the 2023-2024 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with McGraw Hill a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with McGraw Hill to provide these services, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with McGraw Hill at a cost not to exceed $18,349.12. |
