Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: The District desires to operate and maintain its pool at Yonkers Montessori Academy, and
WHEREAS: A ready supply of pool chemicals is required to meet this purpose, and
WHEREAS: The City Purchasing Department issued RFQ 2024-Pool Chemicals on June 5, 2023, and
WHEREAS: Main Pool and Chemical responded at a price of $16,216.00, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award of a purchase order for delivery of pool chemicals to the Yonkers Montessori Academy pool for the 2023-24 school year be awarded to Main Pool and Chemical, 110 Commerce Road, Pittston, PA 18640 in the amount of $16,216.00 for a term of 365 calendar days. |
