Resolution

WHEREAS the District desires to replace the bathroom partitions in eight bathrooms at VIVE School Pathways to Success, and
WHEREAS the existing bathroom partitions have lived beyond their useful life.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a Non-CIP fund purchase order to AT Equipment Sales in an amount not to exceed $58,581.40 for a term of 365 calendar days. |
