WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with El Dorado Trading Group Inc. dba The Bach Company to purchase graphing calculators to support mathematics instruction as well as state testing for our students in grades 6 through 12 for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with El Dorado Trading Group Inc. dba The Bach Company a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with El Dorado Trading Group Inc. dba The Bach Company to purchase calculators, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with El Dorado Trading Group Inc. dba The Bach Company at a cost not to exceed $74,846.94. |
