Resolution
|

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to purchase Rifton Chairs for children with special needs,
WHEREAS the District has determined that the chairs can be purchased from Medicaleshop, Inc.,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Medicaleshop, Inc. to purchase these chairs in an amount not to exceed $13,486.05 |
