Resolution
|
WHEREAS the City of Yonkers and Yonkers Public Schools desires to perform environmental testing of the structures to be demolished, and
WHEREAS in accordance with the terms and conditions of the professional services under City of Yonkers Contract No. 2025-00000126, LiRo Engineers Inc., provided a proposal in the amount of $23,171.60 for the environmental testing of the buildings at 135-145 McLean Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the City of Yonkers to issue a purchase order to LiRo Engineers Inc., in the amount of $23,171.60, for a term of 365 calendar days. |
