This is to furnish and deliver to following buildings: • Eugenio Maria de Hostos MicroSociety School • Barack Obama School for Social Justice • Vive School/Pathways to Success • Yonkers Montessori Academy • Warehouse These new machines are replacing irreparable units which will be used for parts or otherwise disposed per current practice. Procurement is via Orange Ulster BOCES Bid RFP-COOP- 29-2020 contract. |

Ladies and Gentlemen: WHEREAS: the district desires to maintain and clean its buildings in the most effective manner, and WHEREAS: the Clarke Scrubber machines have proven to be a significant part of this effectiveness, and WHEREAS: the existing machines at Eugenio Maria de Hostos MicroSociety School, Barack Obama School for Social Justice, Vive School/Pathways to Success, and Yonkers Montessori Academy are no longer functioning as required and are beyond repair, the unit delivered to the Warehouse will be utilized districtwide, and WHEREAS: replacement machines are available for purchase from Imperial Dade in accordance with General Municipal Law, through Orange Ulster BOCES Bid RFP-COOP- 29-2020 contract, in an amount not to exceed $33,159.60. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That a purchase order be issued to Imperial Dade Company 255 US Hwy 1 And 9, Jersey City, NJ 07306, Orange Ulster BOCES Bid RFP-COOP- 29-2020 contract for the procurement of five (5) Clarke Boost Floor Scrubber Machines for the amount of $33,159.60 for a term of 365 calendar days. |
