Resolution

WHEREAS the Board of Education makes this Emergency Declaration in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic retroactive to July 27, 2020 for the purposes of filing these capital projects with the State Education Department Office of Facilities Planning in order to obtain State Aide for the completed work, and
WHEREAS the district administration has contracted with E&R Engineering and H2M Architects + Engineers to prepare these capital project filings with the New York State Education Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to sign all State Education Department Office of Facilities Planning related and required COVID-19 Pandemic capital project documents. |
