|
This is to award REF 2024-2211, “Roof Gutter Repairs at Robert C. Dodson School” to NUA Construction, Corp. for the amount of $15,688.00 and is to be completed within 365 days.
In compliance with General Municipal Law 103, bids were let and opened in public on September 29, 2023. Three (3) bids were received, examined and all due diligence observed in determining that NUA Construction, Corp. is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The work was designed by School Facilities Management who estimated the value of the purchase at $18,000.00. The highest bid was $35,200.00.
This is for the immediate repairs to the roof gutters at the Robert C. Dodson School. |

|
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: REF 2024-2211 was publicly advertised and opened on September 29, 2023 in compliance with General Municipal Law 103 for REF 2024-2211 - “Roof Gutter Repairs at Robert C. Dodson School” and,
WHEREAS: Three (3) such bids were received and duly examined and the administration has determined that Nua Construction, Corp., is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $15,688.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to award a contract for REF 2024-2211, “Roof Gutter Repairs at Robert C. Dodson School” to NUA Construction, Corp. 45 Knollwood Road Suite 506, Elmsford, New York 10523 in the amount not to exceed $15,688.00 and is to be completed within 365 days. |
