|
Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS a vacancy in the membership of the Library Board of Trustees of the Yonkers Public Library has recently occurred, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education desires to fill the unexpired term of John Saraceno, whose term is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2022. Mr. Saraceno tendered his resignation effective December 31, 2021. The Board of Education would like to fill this unexpired term with the appointment of Patricia A. Duggan to commence January 1, 2022 and expire on December 31, 2022.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That Patricia A. Duggan is hereby appointed as a Trustee of the Yonkers Public Library Board for a term effective January 1, 2022 and expiring on December 31, 2022.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Executive Assistant of the Board of Education is hereby instructed to notify Patricia A. Duggan of her appointment as Trustee of the Yonkers Public Library Board, and to forward copies of this resolution to the City Clerk of the City of Yonkers and the Yonkers Library Board. |
