Amount: $4,050
Scope: Adrienne Sanders Kaye will provide and implement communications strategies for the My Brother’s Keeper Initiative, as well as district wide initiatives in collaboration with Central Office Administration. The increase in the contract is based on the need to cover upcoming MBK event and to ensure communication reaches current and prospective partners.This agreement is to amend existing contract 2021-00000185, BOE Resolution approved 6/17/2020, BOCS approved 6/25/2020. |

Resolution

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend contract 2021-00000185 in the amount of $40,400 with Adrienne Sanders Kaye to purchase additional consulting services in the amount of $4,050 to bring the total contract to $44,450 to provide and implement communications strategies for the My Brother’s Keeper Initiative, as well as districtwide initiatives in collaboration with Central Office Administration for the 2020-2021 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Adrienne Sanders Kaye a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend contract 2021-00000185 with Adrienne Sanders Kaye to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Adrienne Sanders Kaye at a cost not to exceed $44,450.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office. |
