Amount: $17,111.43
Scope: JD's Regents Preparation is a Sole Source provider of the instructional materials they produce. This resolution is for the purchase of Regents preparation materials for students taking Algebra 1 in grade 9. The books provide students with released regents problems, organized by topic, with QR codes leading to helpful videos. This resource will be used in classrooms and as a tool for independent study across the 9 high schools in the district. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with JD’s Regents Preparation to purchase materials to support students taking Algebra 1 in grade 9. for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with JD’s Regents Preparation a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with JD’s Regents Preparation to purchase these materials, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with JD’s Regents Preparation at a cost not to exceed $17,111.43. |
