Request for Bid (RFB-7089) opened January 26, 2024 and the solicitation yielded (8) bidders. This is a one-time purchase. Award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Chef Depot to purchase goods/materials to support Lincoln High School Culinary Program for the 2023-2024 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Chef Depot a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef Depot to purchase these materials, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef Depot at a cost not to exceed $30,886.58. |
