Resolution
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to purchase 50 new Defibrillators and 50 carry cases to replace expired units in all of our school buildings and Central Office.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to purchase these items from School Health Corporation;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to purchase these items from School Health Corporation.
