WHEREAS, the Parents of Student “John Doe” have filed an appeal in response to a Superintendent’s Hearing Decision Letter dated November 21, 2024 related to a suspension which occurred on October 11, 2024 and the subsequent Superintendent’s Hearing held on November 21, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Parents requested that the Board of Education reconsider the decision of the Superintendent; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has thoroughly reviewed the Parents appeal along with the complete Superintendent’s Hearing Record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education upholds the November 21, 2024 decision of the Superintendent. |
