Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about December 13, 2023, as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of a notice of intent to file an impartial hearing complaint filed on August 23, 2023, NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
