Resolution

WHEREAS the District desires to maintain the appearance and integrity of its buildings and grounds in the most effective manner, and
WHEREAS miscellaneous paints and wall/ceiling repair and finishing supplies are required throughout the year for this task, and
WHEREAS such items are available for procurement under Westchester County Contract RFB-WC-23516 for Allstate Paint Place, for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a purchase order to Allstate Paint Place in the amount of $40,000.00, for a term of 365 calendar days. |
