SCOPE: To purchased additional books for Sonia Sotomayor & Robert Halmi Sr. Academy of Film and Television Schools at discounted costs using NY State Contract or Sole Source Vendors pricing. The original Follett contract dollar amount was $61,487.40 with this amendment of $28,489.63 the contract will increase but not exceed to $89,977.03. |

WHEREAS, the vendor listed above are NY State Contract or Sole Source Vendors that may be used by the Yonkers Public Schools under the current Yonkers Board of Education Policy and New York State General Municipal Law, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby approved the use of this vendor to provide library books for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the total expenditures pursuant to this award shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $89,977.03 for these library books. |
