WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Rockland Bakery to purchase bread and baked goods for the 2023-2024 school year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Rockland Bakery to provide these goods.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Rockland Bakery at a cost not to exceed $359,376.00 |
