Office of Student Support Services 1. Resolution for Request for Independent Evaluation Amount: $13,000.00 Scope: Resolution for Request for Independent Educational Evaluations Vendors are not listed because regulations do not require Parents to identify providers beforehand but only require compliance with the District’s Board approved fee schedule.  
Funding:
Amount: $13,000.00 450-5270-100000-2870-B2300 - $6,000.00 450-5271-100000-2252-B2300 - $7,000.00  
Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve funding for Independent Evaluations in the areas of neuropsychology, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and applied behavior assessment in resolution of impending litigation, NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
