This is to furnish and deliver sixty-two (62) fold out cafeteria tables to Riverside High School to replace those that are no longer serviceable which will be repurposed, used for parts or discarded by in-house forces.
This is being procured through the NYSOGS GROUP 20915 - FURNITURE, ALL TYPES Award Number 23109, Contract PC68282 with AmTab Manufacturing Corp. C/O HNE Equipment. |

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: the sixty-two (62) folding cafeteria tables at Riverside High School are no longer serviceable, and
WHEREAS: these tables are available for purchase through AmTab Manufacturing Corp. C/O HNE Equipment under NYSOGS Group 20915 - FURNITURE, ALL TYPES, Award Number 23109, Contract PC68282, at an acceptable price, and
WHEREAS: in accordance with General Municipal Law, the district is permitted to avail itself of the goods awarded in this contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for the furnishing and installation of sixty-two (62) folding cafeteria tables be awarded to: AmTab Manufacturing Corp., C/O HNE Equipment 600 Eagle Drive, Bensenville, IL 60106 in an amount not to exceed $68,808.92 under NYSOGS Group 20915 - FURNITURE, ALL TYPES, Award Number 23109, Contract PC68282. |
