Rationale:
|
|
Because the President of the Board of Trustees devotes substantial time and effort to the duties of his or her office, in excess of the time devoted to school district business by other members of the Board of Trustees, the District should compensate the President for that time and effort, as do the other large city school districts in the State of New York. The Board of Education now desires to amend and replace the December 20, 2017 resolution with the attached resolution to clarify the payment schedule. |
