Resolution
|
WHEREAS bids were issued for public advertisement and opened on February 19, 2025 in compliance with General Municipal Law 103 for Bid No. IFB-7359 General Construction Windows Work, Contract 2 for the “Window Replacement and Athletic Field Improvements” at Saunders Trades and Technical High School, Project No. 10936, and
WHEREAS such bids were duly examined and as a result the administration has determined that Arrow Steel Window Corp. is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with a bid of $1,472,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award Bid No. IFB-7359 General Construction Windows Work, Contract 2, for Project No. 10936 Window Replacement and Athletic Field Improvements” at Saunders Trades and Technical High School to Arrow Steel Window Corp. in an amount not to exceed $1,472,000.00 for a term of 365 calendar days. |
