Scope: To award a general fund purchase order for repairs to the Jacobsen HR 9016 Rotary Mower in the 2024 fiscal year, approved via Board Resolution 16.7 dated March 21, 2024. Repairs were not completed before the 2024 budget closed and the existing purchase orders were not rolled. MTE Equipment Solutions, Inc., is the sole source for Jacobsen branded turf maintenance products, replacement parts and warranty services. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the District desires to award a general fund purchase order to MTE Equipment Solutions, Inc. to pay for the completed repairs of the Jacobsen HR 9016 Rotary Mower, and
WHEREAS this work was required to repair the mower and make it operational for use of maintaining fields and grounds throughout the District, and
WHEREAS MTE Equipment Solutions is the sole source for Jacobsen branded turf maintenance products, replacement parts and warranty services and has the best overall capability to meet the District’s need for these repairs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a general fund purchase order to MTE Equipment Solutions, Inc., for the necessary repairs to the Jacobsen HR 9016 Rotary Mower at a cost not to exceed $27,573.81. |
