Rationale:
|
This is for the purchase of four (4) 30 cubic yard roll–off containers to be utilized at Casimir Pulaski School, Las Hermanas Mirabal Community School, Yonkers Middle High School, and William Boyce Thompson School respectively. Procurement is through a Sourcewell Contract # 040621-WQI, awarded to Wastequip.
The four (4) new 30 cubic yard dumpsters for the above schools will be replacing old containers that have exceeded their useful life. |

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: The District in consult with the City DPW has determined that the existing refuse receptacles at Casimir Pulaski School, Las Hermanas Mirabal Community School, Yonkers Middle High School, and William Boyce Thompson School respectively should be replaced in-kind with new units, and
WHEREAS: Procurement is through a Sourcewell Contract # 040621-WQI, awarded to Wastequip.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award to supply four (4) 30 cubic yard roll-off containers be made to Wastequip, 506 New Brooklyn Road, Williamstown, NJ 08094, for an amount not to exceed $44,930.00 for a term of 365 calendar days. |
