Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide Feeding Therapy, Occupational, Physical, and Speech Services and Evaluations and Assistive Technology Services and Evaluations to District students on an as needed basis as requested by the District.
WHEREAS the Board of Education has determined that these services can be best provided by Isa Marrs Speech Language Pathology, PC
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Isa Marrs Speech Language Pathology, P.C. in an amount not to exceed $104,480.00. |
