ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED RESOLUTION ABSTRACT for RFB 6634 FROZEN FOOD FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022.
FOCUS POPULATION: Yonkers Public School students.
CONTRACTOR: lowest responsible bidder submitted to the Purchasing Department in compliance with General Municipal Law.
INCREASE OF CONTRACT NECESSARY- Due to nationwide price increases on all food items and increase of students participating in the breakfast, lunch and afterschool programs.
Original amount of the 2021-2022 Ace Encico Contract $889,446.65
Term of Contract: July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022
