Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Physician's Certificate for Sick Leave Policy #9350.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Physician's Certificate for Sick Leave Policy #9350;and
Be it further resolved that Policy #9350 Physician's Certificate for Sick Leave shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual. |
