Rationale:
|
This is to provide funds to cover the cost of added engineering/design work to remediate unforeseen masonry site conditions which were not present when the project was first in design.
This is to authorize Amendment 1 CIP 10944 “Roof Renovations and Related Work” at Robert C. Dodson School to Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. (E&R), for $1,500.00 increasing Purchase Order 2022-7860 from $27,500.00 to $29,000.00 and increasing their term by 121 calendar days. |

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: by Resolution Item 15.8 dated March 16, 2022, the Board of Trustees authorized the assignment to Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C. for Architectural/ Engineering services on CIP 10944 “Roof Renovations and Related Work” at Robert C. Dodson School, and
WHEREAS: an amendment is required for additional District directed engineering/design services in the amount of $1,500.00 increasing Purchase Order 2022-7860 from $27,500.00 to $29,000.00 and increasing the term by 121 calendar days.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to amend Purchase Order 2022-7860 to Eisenbach & Ruhnke Engineering, P.C., 291 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, for additional engineering services on CIP 10944 “Roof Renovations and Related Work” at Robert C. Dodson School for an additional $1,500.00 increasing the fee to $29,500.00 and increasing the term by 121 calendar days. |
