Resolution
|
WHEREAS the administration awarded the contracts as per Transportation RFB 6834 for the Athletics 2022-2023 school year, with option to extend to 2024 year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to into a contract with Academy Bus Company and VP Buses LLC to provide Transportation for Athletic and activities events for the 2022-2023 school year.
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Academy Bus Company and VP Buses LLC program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Academy Bus Company and VP Buses LLC to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Academy Bus Company and VP Buses LLC at a cost not to exceed $1,000,000.00 for each companies. |
