1. CSE Program Recommendations for Disabled Children
Term: 2022-2023
Scope: This is a monthly resolution as required by Part 200 Regulations from the Special Education Department requesting the Board of Trustees’ approval of all program recommendations presented by the Committee On Special Education (CSE) during the month.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

WHEREAS a Committee on Special Education has been organized and approved by the Board of Education and said Committee has reviewed cases referred to it in accordance with the requirements of the State of New York and has recommended programs in the Yonkers Public Schools or in approved out-of-district schools in accordance with the Regulations of the State of New York.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education of the Yonkers Public Schools approves the programs recommended by the Committee on Special Education and directs that the listing of such recommendations be maintained in the office of the Executive Assistant to the Board of Trustees.
