Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS Ascend Autism Behavioral Services, PLLC shall provide services to assist the District in meeting the needs of its special education students,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Ascend Autism Behavioral Services, PLLC, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Ascend Autism Behavioral Services, PLLC at a cost not to exceed $22,125.00 |
