Via Resolution 17.8 dated January 16, 2019 the Board authorized the assignment of PO 2020-4560 under requirements contract 618507 for CIPs 10813, 10814, 10815, 10816 & 10819 to Savin Engineers for $687,948.00. This PO was amended via Resolution 18.7 dated December 18, 2019 increasing the assigned task scope and fee by $153,600 to a revised amount of $841,548.00. This resolution is to provide additional construction management services solely for CIP 10814 at School 8 in the amount of $62,084.00 revising the assignment amount to $903,632.00. Savin’s original proposal for the work on CIP10814 “Window Replacement & Hi-Tech Security” and CIP10815 “Boiler Heat Plant Upgrades” at School 8 was based on the work being completed in 2020. However, due to the pandemic, window production and supply was delayed to the point that the window work had to be shifted to summer 2021. All other work under 10814 and 10815 was completed in 2020.
