NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement entered into on or about December 20, 2021 , as well as, and without limitations, all agreements and contracts necessary to implement said Stipulation, in full resolution of a notice of intent to file an impartial hearing complaint filed on September 15, 2021.
NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent and/or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
