Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into an agreement with BAYDA Home Health Care, Inc. to provide these services,
WHEREAS the Board of Educaiton had determined that these services were can best be provided by BAYDA Home Health Care, Inc.,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with BAYDA Home Health Care, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $36,335.00
