GML104B Dave Thomas Studios Term: November 16, 2020 - June 30, 2021 Amount: $10,000.00 Scope: The Yonkers Pathways to Success Program (PTS) Adult Education Program is seeking to execute a contract with Dave Thomas Studios (DTS) for the creation of a marketing video, or videos, to be used to promote the Vive School/Pathways to Success and its Literacy and Vocational Programs, via various media. Video(s) will also be shown during orientation, school open house and various community events. DTS shall provide Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production and Final Delivery of video(s), with final approval to be given by the Director of Adult Education. Timeline for the project is November 16, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Dave Thomas Studios to purchase a service to support the Adult Education Program for the 2020-2021 school year, WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Dave Thomas Studios a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and, WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Dave Thomas Studios to provide the services, and, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Dave Thomas Studios at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00. It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
