Resolution:

WHEREAS the District desires to operate and maintain its pools at Yonkers Montessori Academy and Robert Halmi Sr. Academy of Film and Television, and
WHEREAS a ready supply of pool chemicals is required to meet this purpose, and
WHEREAS the COY Purchasing Department issued RFQ 2025-7044 YPS Pool Chemicals YMA, HALMI on March 12, 2025, in which three vendors responded, and
WHEREAS the administration has determined that Bel-Aqua Pool Supply is the lowest responsive and responsible vendor at a quote of $13,063.84.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to award a general fund purchase order to Bel-Aqua Pool Supply for the purchase of pool chemicals to Yonkers Montessori Academy and the Robert Halmi Sr. Academy of Film and Television for the 2025-2026 school year in the amount of $13,063.84 for a term of 365 calendar days.
