As required Yonkers Public Schools Board of Education is requesting an amendment to increase the High School students' monthly and single ride Metrocards 2021-22 SY - County of Westchester D.P.W & Transportation Contract amount.

Resolution:

Whereas, under Resolution 19.2 at the stated meeting on June 16, 2021, the Board of Education authorized the award to purchase from the County of Westchester monthly student and single ride MetroCards’ (projected cost $900,000) for the 2021-22 School Year.
Whereas, an additional $264,968 is required in order to issue payment on outstanding invoices. Revised total of $1,164,968.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved: That the Board Of Education hereby authorizes the amendment to increase the contract amount for the purchase of monthly and single ride MetroCards’ from the County of Westchester D.P.W. & Transportation.
