Scope: The purpose and scope of service provided by Squadbuck Inc. is to support the evaluation, documentation, and dissemination of the Yonkers My Brother's Keeper initiative as a national model for improving outcomes for boys and young men of color. Services that will be provided include audit, evaluation and administrative maintenance.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with SquadBuck Inc. to purchase consulting services to support the evaluation, documentation, and dissemination of the Yonkers My Brother's Keeper initiative as a national model for improving outcomes for boys and young men of color. Services that will be provided include audit, evaluation and administrative maintenance for the 2024-2025 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with SquadBuck Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with SquadBuck Inc. to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with SquadBuck Inc. at a cost not to exceed $40,000.
