Scope- The purpose of this amendment is to add the Aqua Therapy Program. The provider will provide in-water training to students in conjunction with the Aqua Therapy Program. No additional funding is needed.

Resolution: Ladies and Gentlemen:

WHEREAS the Board of Education is required to provide services for disabled students as set forth in I.D.E.A., the Laws of the State of New York, and the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, and

WHEREAS the Board has determined that these services can best be provided by St. Joseph's Hospital,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with the above named provider.
