Scope: The provider shall provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to identified District students. This will include intensive teaching, reinforcer assessments, and specialized discrete trial and natural environment techniques.

Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide ABA services to District students on an as-needed basis as requested by the District,
WHEREAS the Board of Education has determined that these services can best be provided by Monsey Licensed Behavior Analyst
Services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Monsey Licensed Behavior Analyst Services in an amount not to exceed $30,200.00.
