Resolution:

WHEREAS via resolution 12.9 dated December 18, 2024, the Board of Education assigned construction management services for CIP 10914, 10961, 10962, 10963 and 10964 to Savin Engineers, P.C. in the amount of $301,420.00, and
WHEREAS Amendment 1 is required for deletion of pre-construction and construction management services for CIP 10964 and additional construction management services for CIP 10961, 10962 and 10963, and
WHEREAS Savin Engineers, P.C. has presented an acceptable credit in the amount of -$19,743.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue Amendment 1 under Contract No. 2022-0600 to Savin Engineers, P.C. for -$19,743.00, decreasing their task amount from $301,420.00 to $281,677.00.
