SCOPE: The purpose of this resolution is to amend Board Report 18.3, 2020-2021 Educational Vistas/DataMate Elite Annual Licensing Fee which the Board of Trustees approved on January 20, 2021(Original contract 2021-00000522 and original BOCS approval date 1/20/21) is to increase the amount of the agreement by $1,600 in order to cover the increased of services rendered throughout the 2020-2021 school year.

WHEREAS the Yonkers Public Schools is seeking approval to amend 2020-2021 Educational Vistas/DataMate Elite Annual Licensing Fee agreement, Board Report 18.3, dated January 20, 2021 and,
WHEREAS this amendment will increase the amount of the agreement by $1,600.00 bringing the total cost for the 2020-2021 school year to $11,600.00, and,
WHEREAS the District has evaluated past services from the vendor and has determined that Educational Vistas has performed in a satisfactory manner;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to Amend the 2020-2021 contract with EDUCATIONAL VISTAS, INC. (DataMate) at a cost not to exceed $11,600.
