Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: The bathroom partitions at Saunders Trades and Technical High School have exceeded their useful life and need to be replaced and,
WHEREAS: these partitions no longer function properly to the point of being unusable, and
WHEREAS: these partitions are available for purchase through the Southern Westchester BOCES Contract No. 2021-22-C10, Item #O3 (Global Partitions) at an acceptable price from AT Equipment Sales, and
WHEREAS: in accordance with General Municipal Law, the district is permitted to avail itself of the goods and services as awarded in this contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award to “Furnish and Install New Bathroom Partitions” at Saunders Trades and Technical High School be awarded to AT Equipment Sales, 180 Brook Street, Scarsdale, NY 10583 through Southern Westchester BOCES Contract 2021-22-C10, Item #O3 (Global Partitions) in an amount not to exceed $41,285.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
