This is to furnish and deliver to Yonkers Montessori Academy three 20 foot by 30 foot freestanding tents for use as alternate instructional or recreational use in response to COVID 19 restrictions. This is not being procured under the emergency declaration.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: the COVID 19 pandemic has created a situation wherein the use of outdoor space for instructional and/or recreational use is highly advantageous to the District, and
WHEREAS: these tents are available from TentCraft 2662 Cass Road Traverse City, MI 49684 at an acceptable price and schedule for delivery.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for the furnishing and delivery of three 20 by 30 freestanding tent for use in response to the COVID19 pandemic be made to TentCRaft, Inc., 2662 Cass Road Traverse City, MI 49684 for $19,999.01 and a term of 1980 calendar days.
