Resolution: WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Chef's Depot to purchase large food service equipment to prepare and serve food to students in various YPS schools. RFB-7118, opening date May 22, 2024, 3 bids, awarded to lowest bidder. WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef's Depot to purchase these goods, and NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef's Depot at a cost not to exceed $861,943.22

WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef's Depot to purchase these goods, and NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef's Depot at a cost not to exceed $861,943.22'.
